Heatblast is the Omnitrix and Infinimatrix's DNA sample of a Pyronite from the planet Pyros in Ben 10: Missing Pieces and Ben 10: Protector of the Omniverse. He is the Timeline 1 equivalent of the canon Heatblast.
Appearance[]
In Thnks fr th Mmrs and The Monster, 10-year-old Ben had his original series appearance, but his Omnitrix symbol was black and green.
In Protector of the Omniverse, 19-year-old Heatblast has his Omniverse appearance, but he has his Ultimate Alien face. There are more cracks in his magma plates, revealing more of his inner fire body, and his hands and feet are darker than the rest of his body. The Infinimatrix symbol is circular instead of hexagonal.
His colors match the color palette of Heroes United.
Transformation Sequence[]
19-year-old Ben[]
Ben slams down the Infinimatrix's dial and is engulfed in a green light.
As the transformation track begins playing, Ben hovers in a dark green background with light green bubbles pulsating rapidly behind him, as he crouches down. His height and musculature increase, as his body begins smoking, with the inside of his mouth and eyes glowing yellow. Bright red rocks emerge from his face and torso, rapidly expanding all over his body, completely enveloping him. While the rocks slightly cool, chunks of it break apart, revealing tracks of his inner magma body, oversized flaming arms and legs, with his feet splitting into two toes and a third being a heel extension. His head is completely consumed by flames, leaving behind an intricate face mask, with eye holes and a mouth. The Infinimatrix symbol pops out of his chest, as Heatblast's fiery aura intensifies and he channels lava through the ground, riding on top of a flaming rock towards the camera, completing the transformation.

Powers and Abilities[]
Heatblast is one of Ben's most versatile transformations, having the power of pyrokinesis, meaning that he can create and influence the direction and form of fire. Heatblast can project streams of fire from his hands and mouth and can create fireballs he can throw or roll. He can also absorb both flames and heat, meaning that he can put out a fire just as quickly as he can start one. Additionally, Heatblast can enhance the power of his punches by coating his fists in fireand can ignite his opponents or objects by touch or remotely.
Heatblast's fire can burn hot enough to melt solid rock, a tank, and a road. Heatblast can also use his fire in more creative ways, such as welding clumps of objects together or making fireworks. Additionally, he can spark fuses by snapping his fingers.
Heatblast is capable of projecting fire lasers. Heatblast can also form large fireballs that function as bombs.
Heatblast can create large pillars and vortexes of fire, which he can use to transport himself and civilians without burning them.
Heatblast can create constructs composed of fire, such as crescent-shaped weapons (referred to as "Fire Moons") that can be used to effortlessly slice through objects, fire disks that explode on contact, and a fire dagger, and fire disks that explode on contact.
Heatblast is capable of greatly amplifying the heat he gives off. Similarly, Heatblast can increase the temperature of his heat and fire with his speed.
Heatblast can create a small fire-board on which he can ride at high speeds by launching fire backwards like an engine. On this board, Heatblast can continuously circle his opponents to increase the temperature of his flames exponentially. After decent amount of practice, Heatblast is now capable of high-speed flight by propelling himself forward in the air. Additionally, Heatblast can fly by coating his entire body with fire.
Heatblast has the power of terrakinesis, meaning he can control earth. Heatblast can raise chunks of stone out of the ground to simply levitate above the ground, or to soar through the air.
Heatblast has enhanced strength.
Heatblast has enhanced durability.
Heatblast is capable of jumping exceptionally high.
Heatblast can use his powers underwater, but at a lower intensity. Ironically, he can even breathe underwater despite being a fire-based alien.
Heatblast is immune to fire. However, Heatblast has been shown to be hurt by the force of a fire attack.
Heatblast is resistant to being frozen within ice thanks to the high temperature he naturally produces, allowing him to thaw his way out of ice. Heatblast is also resistant to radiation.
Due to being made of plasma and being constantly on fire, Heatblast glows in the dark like a candle.
Heatblast is capable of generating smoke. He can also smack a body of water in order to create an offensive cloud of steam.
Heatblast is immune to being controlled by a Vladite via their Corrupturas, as he can burn them off his body with a small flare.
Although the Infinimatrix makes Heatblast immune to being possessed by Ectonurites, he is also naturally immune to it because of his solar-like radiation.
When infected with a cold, Heatblast's powers are completely inverted, making his pyrokinesis becoming cryokinesis (the ability to create and control ice), and he is constructed of icy fire rather than regular fire. While in this state, he can shoot blasts of ice from his hands that could freeze and cool down a nuclear reactor, and create blue "ice-fire" balls to encase and trap his opponents in.
Weaknesses[]
Heatblast's fire attacks are ineffective against anything fireproof or capable of drawing strength from heat, such as Limax, Tetramands,Petrosapiens, Vaxasaurians and especially Crabdozers, and weapons and/or armor made from their DNA.
Because of his fiery body, on occasion, Heatblast cannot hold anything without burning or melting it. He is also prone to burning the place where he sits or accidentally leaving scorch mark footprints on certain floors. Similarly, if Heatblast isn't careful, he may cause a fire that will accidentally go out of control and spread in certain areas.
If exposed to enough water or fire-extinguishing substances (such as a fire extinguisher), Heatblast's fire will be extinguished, though he can usually still reignite his flames almost instantly.
Being a Pyronite, Heatblast is at a massive disadvantage against a Crabdozer due to its fireproof skin and fire-suppressant saliva.
Heatblast can get dizzy by flying around in a continuous circle at extremely high speeds.
Despite having a body made of fire, Heatblast can still be rendered immobile by ice until he melts it off.
Heatblast is vulnerable to an Aerophibian's neuroshock blasts.
Despite his Corruptura immunity, Heatblast can still be controlled by Corruptura unless they are burned off his body.
When under the effects of a cold, Heatblast's pyrokinesis is replaced with cryokinesis. Despite the new powers this gives him, Heatblast works completely "nonfunctional" to his fiery nature and the cold still prejudiced his health.
Heatblast cannot survive in the vacuum of space.
