Appearance[]
Hat Alien X is Alien X with a nice hat instead of his three horns, showing that the 3 personalities don't control the universe anymore, but the hat controls it instead.
Powers[]
Ben's appearance inside Hat Alien X has a hat that looks so well he can convince Serena and Bellicus to do anything he wants, which means Hat Alien X can do everything Alien X can do without needing to agree on anything.
He's basically totally fudging overpowered, and has unlimited reality bending.
Weaknesses[]
It's hard for Ben to put a hat on the Ultimatrix symbol while Alien X, and requires one of his friends to do it instead.
If he accidentally drops the hat while in Alien X, he can no longer control anything and must continue debating.
