Halycon has a humanoid appearance. His entire body is made of gold, including his hair, and is covered with a black and green suit. He has a visor that is green as well. The Omnimatrix IV symbol is on his belt.

Halycon can manipulate golden energy, much like Michael Morningstar.
He is capable of flight.
He possesses enhanced speed.
