Grey Matter is the Omnitrix's DNA sample of a Galvan from the planet Galvan Prime in Earth-1010.

Appearance[]

Grey Matter is a 6 inch tall humanoid who, as his name suggests, has grey skin. He has a large head with huge green eyes. his hands and feet are also disproportionately large given his size. The Omnitrix dial is on his back.

Delta Dimension[]

In the Delta Dimension, Grey Matter's head is rounder and his eyes are orange.

Powers and Abilities[]

Grey Matter is, in terms of raw IQ, Ben's smartest alien. He specialises in technology and biology. He can create complex machines from spare parts, understand a machine's function easily, and make sophisticated repairs to complex machinery with little prior experience.

Using his knowledge of biology, Grey Matter can stimulate large creatures in order to manipulate/control/incapacitate them such as exploiting pressure points.

Grey Matter's small size allows him to climb inside tight spaces, such as inside machinery. He can scale walls thanks to suction pads on his skin.

Weaknesses[]

Being so small, Grey Matter is fairly fragile. He struggles to fight opponents larger than himself.

When it comes to physics and related subjects, Brainstorm outranks Grey Matter in terms of intelligence.

History[]

Grey Matter was one of the aliens used by Ben 10'000 to invent the Biomnitrix. Much to Ben 10'000's annoyance, Ken figured out how to use Grey Matter to unlock the Master Control in his Omnitrix. Both of these events took place in the future of the Prime Timeline.

Ben 10: Reboot Revolution[]

Grey Matter was briefly used by Delta Ben 10'000 in Ten Over Ten Thousand to avoid his photograph being taken.

Grey Matter was used again later by Ben Delta to help Azmuth figure out why Blukic and Driba's Dimension Hopper wouldn't work. Although Azmuth seemed to already know, Grey Matter quickly realised out how to fix it.

In the next chapter Ben Prime used Delta Grey Matter to try and study Time Breaker Ben, however he was disoriented by the constant resets and couldn't formulate a plan to defeat the Time Breaker.
