Appearance[]
Goop Chill has Goop's humanoid appearance, but his entire body is made of ice. The Dueltrix symbol is on his chest.
Powers and Abilities[]
Goop Chill has cryokinesis, able to control ice and fire ice beams from his hands. He can control his state of matter via his Anti-Gravity Projector, which also acts as a freezing component. He has enhanced strength and durability in an ice form. He is immune to ice attacks and fire attacks.
He can alter the state of matter he's in at will. He can switch from a solid ice form to a liquid form to take attacks. Upon being recollected by the Anti-Gravity Projector, it can be frozen again. He can fly, either due to the Anti-Gravity Projector of by ice propulsion.
Weaknesses[]
If the Anti-Gravity Projector is hit, then Goop Chill's body will melt. It will be re-frozen when it gets back in range.
He cannot attack in liquid form.
