Ultimate Nanomech is the evolved form of Nanomech. Ultimate Nanomech is confirmed to appear in Vocaloid: Ultimate Alien.
Ultimate Nanomech is signifigantly larger that Nanomech, standing almost 7 feet tall. The body is identical, except for the head. His head has four triangular squinted eyes with a mouth cover similar to a knight's helmet. Ultimate Nanomech's powers now resemble Victor Validus (when under control of the Queen). He can now manipulate Nanochips in any way he pleases by simply spawing them from his body. Due to his increased size, Ultimate Nanomech is very strong and fights very well in close combat. He is also very stealthy, much like Spidermonkey. Most of his powes can be seen in Revenge of the Swarm.
