Ghostfreak is the Omnitrix's DNA sample of an Ectonurita from the planet Anur Plaetos in Gwen 10.
Appearance[]
Ghostfreak is a phantom/ghost-like alien with a gaseous appearance and claw-like hands, and grey skin with black lines running all over him. His skin is removable with black and white striped tentacles underneath it. However, his true form is unknown. He has pink chains all over his front side which lead to his neck, waist, and centre/chest, giving him the appearance of being contained in a straitjacket, but with his arms out freely. The spikes on his elbows have returned. His skin is now a greenish-white shading, and he has two cuffs on each of his arms. The Omnitrix symbol is located at the centre of his chains. When possessing someone, he has a pink glow.

Transformation Sequence[]
The camera starts at Gwen's left wrist with the Omnitrix resting on it as her skin seems to turn white, and intangible. Her hands are encased in the growing white, the Omnitrix seeming to change to take the shape of some kind of arm cuffs. As her arm moves back, we see the rest of her skin turn a ghastly white and her face is overtaken while chains form over his body the white skin finally warps itself around Gwen's face, as a black line moves down it, a pink eye opening up and the sequence finishes with Ghostfreak turning tangible and flying around in circles and then right into the action.
Powers and Abilities[]
Body Possession: Ghostfreak can possess the bodies of his enemies and control their movements to the point where he can cause them to fly like himself, allowing him to freely slam them against walls or hit themselves. He can also access the abilities of other beings that possess superpowers.
Invisibility and Intangibility: Ghostfreak can make himself intangible and invisible as both a powerful defence and good for infiltrating high-security locations.
Ghostfreak is capable of making other objects or people intangible and transparent through physical contact; this feat was first demonstrated by Zs'Skayr.
Tentacles: Ghostfreak can use the tentacles under his second layer of skin as a means of scaring his enemies into submission. These tentacles can grow sharp thorns that can be used as lethal weapons.
Movable Eye: Ghostfreak has an eerie, glowing eye that can move around his body, which is especially seen when he wears his outer skin.
Enhanced Strength: Ghostfreak possesses enhanced strength.
Energy Absorption and Mana Immunity: Ghostfreak is immune to energy absorption ability. This is because Ectonurites do not have mana, as they are not alive in the same conventional way that most other life forms are.
Sharp Claws: Ghostfreak has sharp claws, which can easily tear through Vilgax's Mechadroids.
Enhanced Durability: Ghostfreak has enhanced durability
Like all Anur System aliens, Ghostfreak is immune to the effects of Corrodium and can see in the dark, the former of which has been demonstrated by Zs'Skayr.
Due to being alive in a rather unconventional sense, Ghostfreak can survive in the vacuum of space; this feat was also exclusively demonstrated by Zs'Skayr.
Unlike all other Ectonurites, Ghostfreak is immune to sunlight due to some of Ben's DNA being within him.
True Form[]
As demonstrated by Zs'Skayr, Ghostfreak can completely devour souls.
Although he has never trained himself to do so, he can rotate his skull much like Zs'Skayr.
Ghostfreak can project powerful energy beams from either the tentacles in his chest or his hands whenever his skin is peeled back, as demonstrated by Zs'Skayr.
Ghostfreak is capable of telekinesis; though he has never formally done so on his own accord, this feat was first demonstrated when Zs'Skayr took over Ben's body.
If exposed to total darkness, like that of space, Ghostfreak's powers and abilities would be greatly enhanced to their full potential; this feat was also demonstrated with Zs'Skayr.
Weaknesses[]
Neutralized Intangibility and Invisibility: Ghostfreak's intangibility is useless when faced by another being that can go intangible, as it will cancel out their ability to do so. Certain substances can neutralize Ghostfreak's intangibility and invisibility, such as a special orange liquid used by Kraab. It is possible that Gutrot's species can replicate this liquid in a gaseous form.
Ineffective Body Possession: There are certain beings Ghostfreak cannot possess. For example, he cannot possess zombies due to them lacking minds of their own.
Secondary Skin Destruction: if the outer layer of skin on Ghostfreak is destroyed, then he will be susceptible to sunlight. this is shown when Zs'Skayr breaks out of the Omnitrix and was destroyed by being overwhelmed with sunlight. when Zs'Skayr broke out of the Omnitrix, he was made incomplete, meaning he couldn't form a second layer of skin again.

Trivia[]
- The Zs'Skayr of this universe was not genderswapped, the Omnitrix just made changes to the trapped form to fit Gwen.
- Zs'Skayr was the cause that Gwen unlocked Ripjaws and Wildmutt in his attempt to escape from the Omnitrix.
- So far, her least favourite has been Ghostfreak, although now Ghostfreak has been removed from her Omnitrix.
- After Ghostfreak left the Omnitrix, he left a scar of sorts on the watch's database, and since Gwen is linked to the Omnitrix biologically, she could feel the itchiness from its healing. This eventually led to her accidentally unlocking Master Control in an attempt to stop the itching.
- Zs'Skayr having his full consciousness is how he was able to avoid becoming a fusion during Dr. Animo and the Mutant Ray.
- Zs'Skayr was able to break into the main playlist after Vilgax's ship messed with the Omnitrix in an attempt to decouple the Omnitrix from Gwen's biology.
- Through Season 2 of Gwen 10, Zs'Skayr was able to take over the Ghostfreak transformation more and more, until he managed to break out in Ghostfreaked Out.
