Ghostfreak is the Omnitrix's DNA sample of an Ectonurite from the planet Anur Phaetos in the Anur System.

Ghostfreak has a ghost like form and body, a with torn dark gray-purple skin with black lines running across his chest, his tendrils leaking out of his body, two out the chest, one from the back of his head, and one twirling one from the bottom of the torn cloak. He has a dark pink eye with a small black pupil, long sharp black claws, long black spikes out of his elbows, black spikes from his black, and removable skin with black and white tentacles underneath. He also has two dark purplish grey chains locked onto his wrist.
The Omnitrix symbol is peeking out of his skin from his upper left chest.

Powers and Abilities[]
Ghostfreak can make himself intangible and invisible as both a powerful defense and infiltrating high-security locations.
Ghostfreak is able to possess the bodies of their enemies and control their movements.
Ghostfreak has a retractable outermost skin and an inverted skull with sharp teeth, and whenever exposed to the night sky without his cloak, his powers increase in power, but whenever in absolute darkness, his power could go further beyond.
When Ghostfreak concentrates on his protoplasm, he can possess or disrupt technology by phasing through them.
Just like all Ectonurites, Ghostfreak can rotate his skull.
Weaknesses[]
Ghostfreak's possession on technology sometimes won't work against advanced forms of technology, most notably the Omnitrix.
If Ghostfreak was uncloaked and is exposed to bright light, this risks the potential of sunlight burning him to ashes.
History[]
Ben 10[]
During Ben's fight within the Null Void, an Ectonurite prisoner would hover above a pinned down Ben and try to possess the Omnitrix, only to be electrocuted and his DNA absorbed into the Omnitrix due to setting off its defenses.
Since an Ectonurite's consciousness exists even in a single strand of DNA, a copy of the Ectonurite prisoner was trapped inside the Ectonurite DNA Pod.
