Fulmini are a humanoid species from the destroyed planet Fulmas in Ben 10: Man of Action.
Appearance[]
Fulmini are made entirely of blue energy. Their blue energy bodies are reinforced with gray rock armor that covers their head, chest, shoulders, some of their forearms, and everything from the thighs down. This rock has a green moss-like pattern on its surface nearest the top of the body.
Fulmini can vary greatly in height, from around twice a young child's height to nearly four times their height. Some are even as big as a To'kustar.
Under the influence or revitalization of High Override, Fulmini energy turns lilac, and the Fulmini gain red eyes. Fulmini bodies can also be enhanced by High Override.
History[]
Many millennia ago, the Fulmini fought amongst themselves over the energy that their home planet Fulmas held, until the planet began to fall apart. United, the Fulmini began to wage war against the rest of the universe, using wormholes to travel to nearby planets in order to plunder their energy and use it to restore Fulmas to its former strength. In the process, many lives were lost. Dozens of other planets that had yet to be invaded by the Fulmini, including but not limited to Khoros and Petropia, banded together and fought the Fulmini head-on, eventually overpowering them and leaving them no choice but to call off their invasion, thus freeing the planets under their rule. Despite this, the planets that had already been invaded, as well as their respective inhabitants, were affected greatly. Some merely had to rebuild what had remained, while other species were forced to migrate, such as the Polymorphs. To prevent such a tragedy from happening again, the Galactic High Court approved the formation of an organization tasked with upholding intergalactic law and helping innocent beings, named Liberation.
Liberation's first order of business was to weaken the Fulmini empire substantially. The Fulmini who took part in the war were taken away from Fulmas. Some Fulmini were imprisoned on the planets they invaded, while others were sent to the Null Void. The leader of the empire, the High Override, was put into a state of suspended animation and buried deep within Kylmyys.
Centuries later, the overconcentration of hoarded energy the Fulmini acquired from other planets irreparably destroyed Fulmas. The Fulmini migrated to other planets in groups.

At the height of their power, the Fulmini were a war-bound, conquering race. They aggressively conquered other planets and expanded their empire.

Powers and Abilities[]
Fulmini have the ability to release strong, blue electrical charges from any part of their bodies, which they can use to construct various weapons and tools such as boomerangs and shields. Fulmini can also use their electricity to increase the size of a wormhole, by expanding its particles.
Fulmini can change their bodies however they want.
Fulmini are able to absorb external sources of energy.
Fulmini can stretch their arms to a certain extent.
Fulmini can power up and enhance machines with the use of their electricity.
Fulmini have indestructible stone armor and possess enhanced strength.
Fulmini can use their electrokinesis to telekinetically move objects.
Fulmini can create force fields and energy boxes.
While under the control of Fulmini higher-ups such as the High Override, a Fulmini's power would be boosted to the point where they could destroy a planet.
Fulmini higher-ups can drain the energy from their soldiers, leaving only the rock armor behind.
Weaknesses[]
Fulmini can inadvertently give their enemies an energy boost if the machine they are charging up is a trap for their power to siphon through.
Fulmini soldiers are vulnerable to being controlled by a superior member of their species, such as the High Override.
Fulmini are vulnerable to having their energy absorbed.
A Fulmini's constructs can unintentionally shock humans who come in contact with them.
A Fulmini's electric attacks are useless against rubber materials.
Technology[]
The Fulmini possess ground vehicles and flying machines that appear to be made of the same rock as Fulmas and the Fulmini themselves.
The Fulmini also possess technology with the capability of generating wormholes, which they used to raid nearby star systems.
