King Cold
Frost Fang is a Oxyrhopus Celciusaurian, his species has similar powers to Necrofriggians, however he is an Amphibian. Being amphibious, allows him to survive underwater in even the coldest of climates. He is Rex's favorite transformation due to his various advantages in the field.

Weaknesses[]
- Like most of his race he is susceptible to extreme temperatures which will greatly weaken if not prohibit his strength and ability to control ice. After being exposed to flames, he will have to quickly envelope himself in a source of water, or find a place to cool off and recharge his resolve.
- While in mist form, it is possible to dispel Frost Fang's form with strong winds, and scatter him about. While this may not kill him, it will certainly weaken him to such a point he will fall to his knees in pain. Scattering his mist form will also tend to scatter his thoughts as well, due to his brain literally being displaced and spread. This will require him time to regain his train of thought which usually takes about thirty-five seconds of time.
