Four Arms is the Omnitrix's DNA sample of a Tetramand from the planet Khoros.

Appearance

Ben as Four Arms

Four Arms is a humanoid alien that is approximately twelve feet tall with well-developed muscles, two pairs of four-fingered arms, and red skin. A black stripe goes from his chin to his lower lip, and he has four yellow eyes: a main pair and a smaller pair below them, while he lacks ears or nose. He has whisker-like spikes on each forearm with a pair of jutting incisors. He wore a white, sleeveless T-shirt with a vertical black line on the front, black pants, and black fingerless gloves. The Omnitrix symbol was located on his chest.

Alexander as Four Arms

Alexander's Four Arms has slightly smaller muscle mass than Ben's with green eyes instead of yellow, darker skin, black hair tied in a warrior's wolf tail, and more spikes on his forearms that extend to his shoulders. He wears a black and green suit with a high collar and black fingerless gloves with the Omnitrix symbol located on the top left hand.

Ken as Four Arms

Ken's Four Arms resembles a 10-year-old Ben's though his skin is a lighter shade of red with a pair of black stripes on the sides of his face and both shoulders. His clothing features a similar design with a sleeveless shirt, a white line running through the sides of the pants and black and white bandage-like wrapping on the forearms. Ken also wears the Omnitrix symbol on his chest.

Powers and Abilities

Enhanced Strength: As with other Tetramands, Four Arms most prominent ability is his enhanced strength, being able to lift several times his own weight and punch through various resilient materials with ease. His strength allows him to use anything heavy as a weapon, from big rocks he can throw several feet away, to beams and pillars that can be used as clubs. His great strength even extends to his jaws and bite, allowing him to bite metal and damage it. It also extends to his legs as he is able to jump several times his own height in a single bound.
- Sonic Clap: He can also create strong shockwaves by either clapping all four of his hands together or slamming his fits on the ground
- Shock Waves:
Enhanced Durability: Cadmar has high durability, being almost fire and laser-proof. Unique to him is that his ability to make his body temperature rise the angrier he becomes which causes his body to emit heat waves and can cause him to catch on fire without harming him

Weaknesses

Four Arms' bulk can sometimes become a disadvantage, as all the extra muscle mass makes him relatively slower than other opponents and his immense size makes him an easy target for enemy attacks.

Despite his massive strength, Four Arms still can not penetrate the Plumber Base cell doors, pull Excalibur out of its stone, penetrate Benevelon's shield and remove Rook Ben's bi'nthak.

Four Arms' size can make moving through areas designed for small species, like the Rust Buckets 1 and 2, difficult.

Despite his enhanced durability, Four Arms can feel pain from electricity, such as those generated by Nosedeenians and Gimlinopithecus.

Four Arms can get drowsy by Porcupine's quills.

If under the effects of a cold, Four Arms' strength and stamina are severely reduced, his skin turns from bright red to a dark shade of orange, and he develops pungent hives in his armpits.

Four Arms can feel great discomfort while being attacked by a swarm of fire ants.

Four Arms is vulnerable to a Celestialsapien's telekinetic abilities
