Four Arms is the Omnitrix's DNA sample of a Tetramand from the planet Khoros.

Earth-2018 Four Arms has an appearance akin to that of his design in Heroes United. The only differences being that he wears the Omnitrix rather than the Ultimatrix, and he has more vibrant colors.
