Four Arms is Ben 11's version of a Tetramand.
Appearance[]
Four Arms is a green muscular four armed humanoid. He wears a shoulder pad on his right shoulder and a white sash across is torso. He wears black gloves with pads on them and wears toe-less shoes with pads on them. He has shorts with a white belt and blue ribbon dangling down. He wears the Omnitrix on his sash.
