Plot

Space, the most elegant and gorgeous thing in the entire universe. Stars and planets cover up the majority of the universe, with black holes at the centre of every single galaxy. Some galaxies, like the Milky Way and the Andromeda galaxy, contain sentient life, known as civilisation.

In Los Soledad, Professor Paradox and Ben 10,000 were busy fighting against Vilgax and Eon who claim revenge like they always do. Vilgax fires a beam as it directly hits Ben 10,000 over into a building, just before he transformed into Fourmungousaur.

(Vilgax): Surrender at once, Paradox, you and Tennyson are no match for me and Eon.

(Paradox): As much as I'd love to...

Paradox quickly enters a portal just before Vilgax's laser blast caught him. Paradox had just managed to escape, leaving Ben 10,000 as Fourmungousaur to fend off Vilgax and Eon. Fourmungousaur runs over and whacks Eon as he is sent flying into the air as he then crashes down on a building. Despite fending of Eon first, Vilgax fires another laser beam which hits Fourmungousaur on the back.

Eon gets up from the destroyed building and is then confronted by Professor Paradox as he walks out of the portal he generated in order to dodge Vilgax's attack.

(Paradox): Time's up, Eon.

(Eon): Maybe so...

Eon punches Paradox and escapes by teleporting out of the battle. Fourmungousaur is thrown at Paradox as he transforms back into Ben 10,000, slightly wounded.

(Vilgax): Tisk tisk, our plan will soon go into motion.

(Paradox): What plan?

Vilgax walks over to Paradox and Ben 10,000.

(Vilgax): The plan to end Ben Tennyson's reign, once and for all.

Vilgax begins to laugh psychotically as the red flash causes Vilgax to disappear out of thin air. Paradox looks at Ben 10,000.

(Paradox): We need to act at once before Ben Prime is killed.

(Ben 10,000): Much to our surprise, it wouldn't hurt if I tagged eleven-year-old me along.

Paradox sighs as he generates a portal in order to enter Ben Prime's dimension. He enters the portal while Ben 10,000 transforms into Clocktomix as he sends himself to the forest where Ben and the rest were five years back. Clocktomix transforms back into Ben 10,000 but is shot by eleven-year-old Gwen's mana blast.

(Gwen): Who are you?

Ben 10,000 gets up which shocks Gwen entirely. Her hands stopped glowing pink.

(Ben 10,000): Gwen? It's so nice to see you.

Eleven-year-old Ben runs in, ready to transform. It came to a halt as he sees Ben 10,000, the Ben who gave him Feedback a long time ago. Ben looks at Ben 10,000.

(Ben): Woah, what brings you here?

(Ben 10,000): Ben, there's something we need to do.

(Ben): We? W-what is it?

Ben 10,000 generates a portal which reveals a mysterious area, completely unknown to Ben's primative eyes. Ben wipes his eyes as he stares in amazement.

(Gwen): Ahem.

Gwen was standing there with her arms folded in annoyance, tapping her feet on the ground repeatedly.

(Ben 10,000): Sorry Gwen, but this is some Ben business.

Ben 10,000 and Ben enter the portal just before the portal closes. Gwen sighs in disappointment as she heads back to the Rust Bucket. Ben 10,000 and Ben arrive at Omnitrix city, a city Ben 10,000 created just after the events of Ben 10: Omniverse.

(Ben): Why are we here? Shouldn't we be doing something fun like Sumo Slammers?

Ben 10,000 was busy typing on his computer until Ken, his son, turns up with the Omnitrix on his wrist.

(Ken): Dad, I'm ready to-

Ken was briefly interrupted as he sees his father when he was eleven. Ken walks over to Ben and looks at Ben's wrist, amazed.

(Ken): Woah, is that you, dad?

(Ben 10,000): Son, now isn't the time to talk. Me and Ben have got some time travelling to do.

(Ken): Aww, come on, dad. We don't get to hang out because you go out on missions and stuff.

Ben 10,000 looks down. Ben looks at Ken.

(Ben): Hey, I'm sure in the future I'll hang out with you.

(Ken): Really?

(Ben): Of course, you're my son... future son...

Ken laughs.

(Ken): Thanks, dad- I mean... Ben.

Ken leaves, resulting on Ben 10,000 to finish on his computer. Over in Bellwood, Ben and Rook were busy catching up with Kraab and Sunder who have escaped from prison. Ben transforms into Ghostfreak and turns intangible, making Kraab and Sunder believe that Ben isn't chasing them. Ghostfreak appears in front of them as he punches them over to Rook.

(Ghostfreak): Heh, still got it.

Paradox, Eon and Vilgax jump out at Ben as they all land on the floor. Ghostfreak transforms back into Ben and gets up, following along with Paradox, Eon and Vilgax.

(Ben): Ugh. Vilgax. Why do I have to put up with your stupd schemes?

(Vilgax): I thought I might as well kill you so your reign of existence is over.

Ben bursts into laughter.

(Ben): Have fun with that, Vilgax. Because I have a surprise for you.

Vilgax stares in complete confusion while Ben transforms into a brand new alien. Ben gets engulfed in a green light, with his arms turning into a mossy green colour, forming as tentacles. His proportions began to grow stockier as he began to grow tentacles on his face. The transformation finishes with Ben, who had transformed into Ten-Tackle.

(Vilgax): Impossible! Nobody can copy my DNA.

(Ten-Tackle): Well, as much as I hate to break it to you, I managed to save a copy of the Chimera Sui Generis DNA into the Omnitrix. Azmuth and I managed to add the saved sample into the Omnitrix, which is the result of the transformation's origin.

Ten-Tackle blasts Vilgax with his laser beams from his eyes which sends Vilgax flying.

(Ten-Tackle): Now that that's out of the way, it's hero time!

The scene switches to Omnitrix City just a second after Vilgax runs into battle. Eon teleports in and swings into action, letting loose a Timebeast, as it began shifting through time. Alarms began going off as the Timebeast shifts itself into Ben 10,000's headquarters with eleven-year-old Ben with him.

(Ben): Eww, what is that thing?

(Ben 10,000): It's quite hard for me to explain, Ben.

(Ben): Whatever it is, we can take it down together.

Ben activates the Omnitrix and transforms into Diamondhead, while Ben 10,000 transforms into Gravadactyl. The Timebeast pounces at Diamondhead as Diamondhead started shooting diamond projectiles at it. Gravadactyl uses his gravity powers and launches it at a wall before making its escape by shifting through time. Eon arrives as he blasts Diamondhead, who reflects the beam.

(Diamondhead): Huh, cool. Diamonds don't age.

(Gravadactyl): Who taught you that?

(Diamondhead): I learnt it in science a few weeks back.

Eon walks towards them with his energy blade drawn out as he began swinging it, hitting nothing but the walls they were surrounded in. Back in present day Bellwood, Ten-Tackle is tackled by Vilgax as he is sent off his feet. Ten-Tackle fires a blast of red energy which sends Vilgax a few feet away.

(Ten-Tackle): Gah, even if I look like Vilgax, I'm still weak.

Ten-Tackle switches into Gravattack and stops Vilgax from reaching him by using his gravity powers.

Trivia

• Despite having the DNA sample being removed from the Prototype Omnitrix six years ago by the Chimerian Hammer, Ben had managed to save another copy of the Chimera Sui Generis DNA; though this wouldn't make sense in the original continuity. Ben also managed to get the help of Azmuth who added the saved copy into the Omnitrix.
• This episode shows a set of really complicated elements, like any other Into the Omniverse time travelling episode. Though, eleven-year-old Ben would not be able to remember these things, as he may recall it as a dream, or a very hyper-realistic hallucination.
• This episode would've been accepted as a season 6 episode as time travel is more of a valid reason that Omniverse made as little as no sense whatsoever.
  • This episode also would've gotten away for being a season 5 episode as it shows some decency of aliens used. Instead, it was added to season 2, making room for future episodes to be in season 5 and season 6.
• Despite not being shown in the episode, Ben 10,000 gave his Omnitrix to Ken as the successor he was meant to be. However, the reason Ken comes into the main office with the Omnitrix, is because he wanted Ben 10,000 to train him to become a hero.
• Ben 23 was meant to appear as an additional helping hand, though he was cut due to not being in the synopsis for the episode.
  • This rule was broken in Life of a Depressed Ego, as Nega Ben called for Ben 23's help as he and Ben were running from a fight caused by Exo-Skull and Subdora, and then later, with Vilgax.
