Flutterina is the Omnitrix's DNA sample of a Nemuina from the planet Etheria.

Appearance

Flutterina is a tall, fairy-like alien with blue skin. She has purple butterfly wings, pink spots, and blue hair that falls straight. Flutterina wears a green, armor-like dress, with light green orbs scattered across her torso and large green and white shoulder pads. His hands and feet are covered in green gloves and boots. His eyes are green with feminine lines and he has pink markings on his cheeks.

Flutterina wears the Omnitrix symbol between the espaliers.

Powers and Abilities

• Flight: With his wings, Flutterina has the ability to fly.
  • Enhanced Speed: Flutterina also possesses enhanced speed and agility thanks to his butterfly-like wings. He can also leave behind a green trail while flying.
• Oneirokinesis
  • Sleep Inducement: Flutterina can release dust that makes his victims fall asleep.
  • Dream Manipulation: Flutterina is capable of manipulating the dreams of others, which can be used as a form of interrogation or extracting information from a victim.
    • Nightmare Inducement: Flutterina can manipulate a victim's dreams, causing them to have nightmares instead.
  • Eternal Sleep: If Flutterina were to keep dousing a victim in his sleeping dust, they would end up sleeping forever.

Weaknesses

• Limit Oneirokinesis: Flutterina's abilities would be useless against technological or robotic opponents, who cannot fall asleep or dream.
• Vulnerable Wings: An opponent may take advantage of Flutterina's wings, as if they are held down, Flutterina is unable to fly.
  • Wet Wings: If its wings are completely submerged in water, they will become limp and heavy and it will be completely unable to fly until they dry.

• The name "Flutterina" is inspired by Double Trouble's camouflage nickname.
• Flutterina's abilities are similar to those of Jigglypuff from Pokémon.
  • Depsite this, said powers execution is more akin to the move Sleep Powder (and likely either Dream Eater/Nightmare) from the same franchise, none of which Jigglypuff can learn.
• Flutterina makes a sound when he talks. This sound is like a trill, chirp, whistle, or purr.
• Flutterina has a high-pitched, trilling, feminine voice.
