Appearance[]
Flurricane appears as a humanoid with metallic appearing sand blue skin. Flurricane's torso has a transparent screen revealing a swirling blizzard inside his body. His throat bulges out like a bullfrog. His head is topped by three icicle-like horns.
Powers and Abilities[]
Flurricane's main power is his ability to release the ice storm inside his body through his throat as frost breath. He can actively tone the ice down to just repel enemies with gale force winds or decrease the temperature to freeze enemies faster.
Flurricane is immune to extreme cold.
Flurricane doesn't need air to survive.

Flurricane can run out of breath if continuously freezing.
