Fistrick is a black market dealer, and a friend of Kevin Levin. Kevin calls him and Corvo in to help Ryder break the Road Crew out of prison. They ask for help, working together to capture Nosedeenians to power their mecha suits. However, they are stopped by Grey, who frees the Nosedeenians and destroys the mechas. Fistrick and Corvo assist Ryder after this.
Fistrick is a powerhouse, with incredible strength. When attacked by bounty hunters, he doesn't hesitate to jump right into the fight. However, once the Road Crew is free, he retains his loyalty to Baron Highway, the leader and a friend. When Ryder is separated from an attack from half a dozen bounty hunters, Fistrick and Corvo bail with the Road Crew, leaving Ryder to fight alone.
He returns when Ryder meets up with the Road Crew again, which has grown in size and has grown into a full fledged criminal organization. He fights Ryder, Ester and Kevin when they try to rebel, but is defeated by a vengeful Ryder. He and Corvo manage to escape, however.
The two then get into the underground battle ring, hosting illegal fights. Ryder finds his way to him, and he, Kevin and Morty join the tournament. However, Fistrick learns that they're Plumbers now, and gets all the contestants to work together against the Plumbers. He is defeated, as everyone is arrested by the Plumbers.
Fistrick takes his role as in Omniverse, being an black market dealer. He uses the mecha suits, again. He later returns, and helps Dr. Animo make an army of Cyborg animals, including Exo-Skull, where they use Fistrick's DNA to bolster its strength.
