Appearance[]
Fish Kite looks identically like Jetray except he's now a pastel baby blue colour with white wings and horns, he wears blue and gold clothing, while the Hero Watch is the same colour.
The Hero Watch is located on his chest.
Powers and Abilities[]
Fish Kite is Ben 23's fastest flier as he can fly at supersonic speeds. Fish Kite manoeuvres through the air with little to no flapping and accelerates to great speeds with ease.
Fish Kite is capable of surviving and manoeuvring through space, a task which no amount of flapping would allow. It would appear that he has an additional key to flight beyond his wings. In proportion to his size, he has a very short wingspan, although his weight is unknown.
Fish Kite can fire blue neuroshock blasts from his eyes and tail. These blasts are strong enough to paralyze a Pyronite and an Amperi, and even cause great discomfort to a Vaxasaurian and destroy a Sonorosian with just one shot.
Fish Kite is durable enough to withstand gunfire from a fighter jet. He is also heat resistant, as he could withstand a Prypiatosian-B's radioactive blasts.
Fish Kite can safely fly through the Earth's atmosphere and into space, and travel on an interstellar level. When he is done flying, he can land on his two feet perfectly.
Fish Kite has enhanced strength, which he demonstrated in his battles with Alan and Ultimate Kevin.
Fish Kite's strength extends to his feet, which are prehensile, as he is able to carry a Vaxasaurian in the air with his feet without being tired or weighed down.
In addition to his feet, Fish Kite's tail is also prehensile, as shown when Jetray carried Gwen while flying up in the air.
Fish Kite is resistant against heat, such as that generated by a Pyronite.
Fish Kite can enter hyperspace.
Fish Kite is highly adaptable underwater.
Fish Kite's neuroshock blasts are capable of starting fires, as demonstrated by Swift.
Fish Kite is immune to electricity, such as that generated by an Amperi, as shown by Jetray.
Weaknesses[]
Fish Kite's neuroshock blasts can hurt himself, as seen when they struck him after being deflected by the Stalker.
Fish Kite's neuroshock blasts can be absorbed by either Prypiatosian-Bs or the plasma generated by members of Ball Weevil's species, the latter of which has been demonstrated with Swift.
Despite his enhanced durability, Fish Kite can still feel discomfort when he is being fired at.
Despite his electricity immunity, Fish Kite can still be thrown into the air by a strong enough electric blast, as demonstrated with Jetray.
Fish Kite is vulnerable to strong winds.
Fish Kite's neuroshock blasts are useless against certain non-living targets, such as mechanical-like species like Talpaedans and robots like Computron's minions.
Fish Kite cannot walk very well due to his proportionally thin hind limbs.
Fish Kite can be ensnared by an Arachnichimp's webs.
On the ground, Fish Kite is slower than Kinecelerans like Speedyquick and XLR8.
Fish Kite cannot fly in Ledgerdomain due to its sky being unparallel to Earth's, as demonstrated with Jetray.
Fish Kite is vulnerable to magic.
Fish Kite is vulnerable to a Galilean's gravakinesis, as well as the telekinetic abilities of a Celestialsapien, as demonstrated with Swift.
