Slamurai is the Omnitrix's DNA sample of a Sakurbushian from the planet Sakurabushi, created by SOULARCHER20.

Appearance

Slamurai takes the form of a large, burly samurai who is about 3 times wider than Ben. He wears dusty brown samurai armour with maroon accents all over his blue-skinned body. His green eyes have red stripes running down his cheeks. He has extremely large hands, with silver gauntlets with a shield design behind them. His shoulders hold two sheaths which hold his two signature swords. He has extremely short but muscular, cylindrical legs. He has a fairly small head, and wears a helmet with a cylindrical gold pompadour on the center of his helmet. The Omnitrix symbol is located on a green traditional samurai belt he wears on his waist.

Personality

He speaks like a stereotypical Japanese-swordsman, often ending sentences with -o (Ex. Yes-o, Let's-o go, How's-o bout a slice-o!, etc.)

Powers and Abilities

As his name suggests, Slamurai has extremely powerful hands which can create devastating shockwaves when he claps them, as well as craters if he punches the ground. Simply put, he is one of Ben's strongest aliens in hand-to-hand combat.

He also possesses shields on his gauntlets, capable of deflecting a wide variety of energy blasts and protecting him from most ballistic attacks, as well as his armour. If he knocks them into each other, they will create a strong vibration that will not only produce more destructive shockwaves, but will also cause the objects he touches to vibrate.

Despite his large physique, he has enhanced speed, agility, jumping and reflexes, allowing him to fight much faster opponents. He is also proficient with his two swords, and possesses enough skill and dexterity to spin them fast enough to slice bullets in half. If any of these swords break, he can instantly create new ones in his sheaths.

His armour, gauntlets and swords are all part of his natural Sakurbushian physiology, meaning that he can regenerate any of his metal equipment if it gets damaged. He can also give his equipment limited upgrades, such as making his gauntlets into sharper wrist swords, turning his helmet into a battering ram, or even encasing his entire body in his armour. He can also do this two his swords by rapidly pulling them from his sheaths and throwing them, turning them into powerful projectiles.

By combining his enhanced jumping, agility and sheer weight, Slamurai can curl into a ball mid-air and use his weight to cause devastating damage to his surroundings in a similar fashion to Arburian Pelarotas. Like the aforementioned species, he can also use his large body to surround any nearby allies to protect them from incoming attacks.

He is also more tactical in battle techniques, and is also quite patient, allowing him to create a rope-a-dope fighting style that can catch his opponents of guard. An example of this technique is when he took various hits whilst meditating, attacking his opponent at the last second with incredible speed and power. It would appear that he could also recover from the damage he takes when meditating.

Weaknesses

Because his body is fairly large, it makes Slamurai a bigger target to attacks, though his durability protects him from damage. Despite that, large quantities of damage can cause him discomfort. He also has a rather large blind spot due to his small head, forcing him to turn his entire body to look behind him.

His top-heavy body also causes him to lose balance and have a more difficult to fight smaller and faster opponents. Simply put, his speed is built into his hands and sword fighting skills. His weight can also cause unintentional damage to his surroundings, and makes it difficult for him to swim.

He produces a strong cherry-scented odour, which could reduce his stealth skills and make hiding more difficult, despite its fragrant smell.

As all his armour and swords are metallic, he is very vulnerable to magnetic fields. Electricity can also incapacitate and even knock him out.

When he falls down, it is very difficult for him to get on his feet, due to his weight and small feet. He counters this weakness by rolling.

There appears to be a limit in his patience, as he couldn't concentrate on his meditation due to being scared.

History

• Slamurai first appeared in Web-Cam Hero, where he saved Stuart from the collapsing building before helping him defeat Hackattack and his monsters.
• In Double Time, Slamurai accidentally got rolled on the tracks before stopping a train.
• In Just Clowning Around, Stuart turned Ben into Slamurai to help calm him down. Slamurai also inadvertently saved Stuart from Zombozo's mysterious gas.
• In The Tenth Predator, Slamurai appeared due to the Omnitrix's Gattling Mode twice to battle Apex.
• In The Pet Parasite, Slamurai briefly battled the Tyrassites before being overpowered, forcing him to switch into Meltter.
• In The Training of Two Heroes, Slamurai attempted to defend Stuart from Transmelt's creatures, but was defeated.
• In Don't You Battle Without Me, Slamurai battled the Red Robot and helped Stuart defeat it.
• In Number 11,Slamurai failed to battle The Great Devourer.
• In Omni-Switched, Slamurai's DNA was switched with Powerpipe due to a glitch in the Omnitrix. His DNA was returned to normal at the end of the episode due to the Omnitrix being fixed. He attempted to battle the Clocktopus with Powerpipe's powers, but failed due to his physique.
• In More Than You Can Chew, Ben accidentally turned into Slamurai when he tried to turn into Gigobite.
• In Welcome to the Deathgame, Slamurai destroyed the Kurse cartridge.

Etymology

Slamurai's name is a pun of "Samurai" (reflecting his appearance) and "Slam".

Trivia

• Slamurai was going to be named Slamassault, before SOULARCHER20 decided that Slamurai sounded cooler.
• Slamurai is based of the Sumo Slammers game from the canon franchise, due to his large body, Japanese fighter origins, and the fact that he has "Slam" in his name.
• Slamurai's armour is based of Steelframe Swordsman, KUROGANE from Future Card Buddyfight, while his overall body and samurai physique is based of Superheavy Samurai, Big Benkei from Yu-Gi-Oh! Arc-V.
• Slamurai enjoys meditating. Sometimes, Ben turns into Slamurai just to increase his patience and meditate.
