Reptile is the Omnitrix's DNA sample of a Reptilians from the planet Etheria.
Appearance[]
Reptile is a large anthropomorphic lizard with olive-green scales all over its body, with several spines protruding from its elbows and head, a long tail, and claws on its hands and feet. He wears a green and black sleeveless shirt, with gray pants, black fingerless gloves, and green boots.
The Omnitrix symbol is located on the black-and-white brace on his left shoulder.
Powers and Abilities[]
- Enhanced Strength: Reptile is tenacious and has above-average strength, allowing him to lift objects many times his weight.
- Enhanced Durability: Reptile has a skin of scales that covers its entire body and this makes it decidedly resistant.
- Strong Bite Force: Reptile has a very high bite force, which allows it to bend metal.
- Claws: Reptile has sharp claws with which he can cause massive wounds.
- Tail: Reptile's tail is great for fighting.
- Nictitating Membrane: Thanks to an advanced form of nictitating membrane, Reptile is able to see underwater in poor, dark conditions with absolute clarity. This can also be used to some extent out of the water.
- Primitive Linguism: Sharing a genetic ancestry, Reptile is able to understand and communicate with terrestrial reptiles.
Weaknesses[]
- Cold Temperatures: As a reptile, Reptile cannot survive cold temperatures. If the temperature does not increase or he is not moved to a warmer place, he will eventually freeze to death.
- Language: Although he can communicate with terrestrial reptiles, Reptile is incapable of verbal speech. Reptile communicates through a combination of roars and growls, which is why it is extremely difficult for anyone to understand it.

Etymology[]
The name is a tribute to Syzoth, one of the fighters in the Mortal Kombat franchise.
Trivia[]
- Reptile is Ben's second alien who is unable to speak verbally, due to lacking the vocal anatomy to do so. The other is Bestiale.
- The shoulder pad Reptile wears is similar to the one Bestiale wore in the Original Series.
- In Il gorgo crescente, when Ben says he called the transformation "Reptile", Kevin makes a comment suggestive of Mortal Kombat.
