Season 1 (Arc 1)

Season 1 Arc 1 will feature Khyber the main antagonist. This Arc will also feature Ben Tennyson, Gwen Tennyson, Rook Blonko and Kevin Levin who will appear at the end of the first season. There is a total of 10 episodes in the first Arc.

8	Gwen's Great Strength Part 2	Gwen trains with her Grandmother only to be confronted by Charmcaster.
9	Debut of Khyber's Pet: Part 1	Khyber returns and this time brings his pet along with the power of the Nemetrix.
10	Debut of Khyber's Pet: Part 2	After Gwen and Rook are captured Ben and a newly returned Kevin go after Khyber to get them back.

Season 2 (Arc 2)

Season 2 Arc  2 is a continuation of arc 1 in which Khyber, Malware and Dr. Psychobos are the main antagonists. Ben, Gwen, Kevin and Rook are the main Protagonists of the season with a new character Ester joining the group. Their will be 10 episodes in this arc.

15	Electric Showdown	Ben and co get caught in an electric field on Encephalonus IV and Ben is only able to turn into electric aliens on the planet
16	Malware (Episode)	Ben is once again attacked by Khyber and his pet, he narrowly defeats Khyber but isn't ready for what is soon to come.
17	Trio of Evil	Dr. Psychobos, Malware and Khyber face off against Ben and co.
18	Return to Zeonz	Ben gets a distress call from Zeonz which is once again under attack from Bivalvan.
19	Final Showdown	Khyber Kidnaps Ben, Gwen, Kevin and Rook and begins to take them out one by one on the discarded Perplexahedron.
20	Hero	With all his friends defeated Ben faces off against Khyber and his pet in a battle of the Omnitrixes.

Season 3 (Arc 3)

Season 3 Arc 3 is the third season and a continuation of the second arc. It will feature Malware as the main enemy whilst also having Khyber and Dr. Psychobos in it as well. The main Characters do not change except for Charmcaster joining in the Legerdomain episodes. This Arc will be the last arc to feature Khyber, Malware and Dr. Psychobos as main Antagonists. There is 10 episodes in this arc.

26	Galvan Attack	Dr. Psychobos, Malware and a very angry Khyber attack Galvan Prime to try to kill Azmuth.
27	In With the New	After the events of Galvan Attack Ben discovers he has a bunch of new aliens just in time to fight Bivalvan.
28	Dr. Animo's Mutant Army	Dr Animo reveals his new mutant master piece Sonic Wolf
29	Doomsday	Malware begins his attack on Earth with all the humans running who will stop him.
30	Hell on Earth	Ben faces off against Malware with Feedback as his only option.

Season 4 Arc 4

Season 4 Arc 4 is the 4th  season of Ben 10: Omniverse Good VS Evil. It will feature Ben and Rook whilst still having Gwen and Kevin pop up. The new Antagonist is named Control Freak an evil masked demon out to slaughter humanity he will be Ben's most powerful enemy. This Arc is the final arc in the series and will feature 10 episodes.

39	Unmasked	Ben fights to destroy Control Freak only to find something even more disturbing.
40	Demon	Now with his identity revealed Control Freak reveals his true plan.
