Fear Teeth is a medium-sized black dinosaur with quills on the back of his head, tail and back. He has sharp teeth and sharp claws on each hand. He has a bigger, sharper claw on each foot. He also has a streak of green on the side of his body.
The Omnitrix is located on his chest.

Echolocation - Fear Teeth can use echolocation to locate enemies at night.
Enhanced Mobility - Fear Teeth is more flexible and as such can move faster and easier.
Enhanced Senses - Fear Teeth has enhanced smell and eyesight.
