Eye Rot is a combination of Eye Guy and Gutrot's DNA.
Appearance[]
Eye Rot has the basic appearance of Gutrot with the details of Eye Guy. Gutrot's eyes are replaced by Eye Guy's eyes, and the nozzles on his shoulders and arms are also replaced by eyes. The white and red of his lower arms are replaced by the two-tone shades of Eye Guy. His pants are that of Gutrot but are black like Eye Guy's and have a red stripe and the bottom of his feet are red.

That of Eye Guy and Gutrot:
- Gas innards
- 360 vision
- Eye lasers
- Enhanced hearing
- Immunity to his own gases.
- The gases of Gutrot can be more concentrated due to the laser formation caused by Eye Guy. He can also fuse the different types of lasers with different gas combinations.
Weaknesses[]
That of Eye Guy and Gutrot:
- His eyes can be affected by various materials, ironically they are not affected by the gases he shoots from them.
- Despite the more concentrated gases, Eye Rot's gases can still be affected by the wind.
