Plot[]
The episode begins inside the Incursean warship. Emperor Milleous is noted about their arrival to Earth by an Incursean soldier, as Milleous would command them to invade Earth without warning. Meanwhile, Ben and Rook were chilling in Mr. Baumann's store, with Baumann thanking them for coming. Ben tells Baumann that his trip to Texas was fun, but also complained about the heat. Baumann would greet other customers while Rook suggests they head back, since he has to help Blukic and Driba with tech. With Ben and Rook waving goodbye to Mr. Baumann, they spot Incursean warships approaching as soon as they leave the store.
The scene cuts to Plumber HQ, with Max finding the Incursean warships approaching the Earth. Max soon welcomes Ben and Rook once they arrive, as Ben tells him he saw some Incursean ships, as Max would begin to question why they decided to invade Earth so suddenly, admitting they didn't prepre for anything like this. Gwen and Kevin suddenly rush in as they tell them they saw some warships, as Max would confirm that they are aware. Kevin is surprised about their sudden invasion, as Ben wishes to go with Rook in order to investigate. Rook turns down the favour as he wishes to help Blukic and Driba with some weapons, while Gwen chimes in and wishes to join Ben. Ben agrees, while Kevin tells the two that he'll join Rook with the weapons, claiming himself to be good with weapons, with Ben joking about his weapon deals when they first met after five years. With Ben and Gwen running to the exit of Plumber HQ, the camera cuts to Milleous landing in Earth and causing a scene by having his Incursean armada spreading out and blasting their energy beams from their laser blasters. In run Ben and Gwen who hide behind a brick wall, with Gwen thinking about how they are going to sneek inside. Ben dials the Omnitrix as he transforms into Ghostfreak as he becomes invisible to the naked eyes of the Incurseans. Gwen casts a teleportation spell, as he meets up with the Ectonurite, who transforms back, as they run into the ship, which quickly catches Milleous' attention, commanding some soldiers to go after them.
The soldiers chase after Ben and his cousin as Ben wishes to show off one of his many new transformations by dialling the Omnitrix. With some Incurseans blasting energy beams from their blasters, as Gwen retaliating by shooting mana disks, the camera exposes Ben as Elast-Elk as he would tell Gwen that he'd catch up, before grabbing onto both sides of the hallway, stretching himself to the other end, and slinging himself over which resulted in striking the Incursean soldiers like bowling pins. Upon getting up, Elast-Elk quickly moves in order to catch up with Gwen, who makes it to the main deck, with Elast-Elk eventually catching up before transforming back. Gwen quickly shuts the doors by casting a spell that creates a barrier in order to go on with their actions. Ben would find Attea as she is surprised to see Ben and Gwen, thanking them for not saving her when they first met. Gwen tries to reason with her by suggesting that Ben was stuck as Alien X, but Attea didn't see reason.
Attea draws out her duo-blasters as she began shooting at Ben and Gwen, with Gwen casting a shield that protects her and Ben, while Ben dials the Omnitrix and transforms into Heatblast, throwing a fireball at Attea's direction that startles her, before Gwen takes down the shield and began firing away, thanking Ben for the distraction. With Attea soon shooting down a flying Pyronite, Gwen leans down and roundhouse kicks Attea, which trips her up on her feet, before Gwen slams her against the wall. With the Pyronite getting up and reverting back to Ben, Gwen keeps Attea contained against the wall while Ben demands to know about the sudden ambush on Earth.
Attea claims that her father planned to take over the Earth in hopes to exile Ben into space, while making sure that Ben does not make it back to Earth. With Gwen wishing to stop the invasion, Ben makes a deal with Attea that if he ever makes it back to Earth, she will help him disguise himself to prevent from being seen by the Incurseans. Attea disagrees, claiming she would expose him even if he made it back to Earth. With the Incurseans barging in through the doors, Ben transforms into Four Arms and began fighting against the Incurseans, while Gwen traps Attea inside a mana bubble and joins Ben on taking down some Incurseans.
The camera cuts to Raff walking over to Max's Plumbing with Dr. Psychobos, who thanks Raff for agreeing with Attea on letting him join their cause after his faction disbanded. Psychobos enters the building after Raff opens and closes the door, finding the entrance to Plumber HQ. Upon finding the entrance, Psychobos plans to disable the Plumbers's defenses. Upon arriving at Plumber HQ, they are ambushed by a handful of Plumbers; Psychobos tells Raff to head to disable the defenses, while he deals with the Plumbers. The Cerebrocrustacean began firing electrokinetic blasts at the Plumbers while Raff makes a run for it, hoping to find the room to disable the defenses. Raff eventually finds the room as he strikes a few Plumber guards who stood in his way, finally disabling the defenses by overriding signals and shutting them down by force. Upon making it back to the main deck, Psychobos and Raff are ambushed by Max, who began firing at the two, but ultimately fails to properly catch them, making the villains's escape successful.
Cutting back to Ben and Gwen, they had eventually finished defeating the Incurseans, as they make a move further down some corridors and halting due to finding some Incursean soldiers keeping guard of the ship. Gwen ejects a mana blast at all the soldiers before they could even make a move, as they continue to head further down, eventually making their way to a huge room, getting caught immediately by Milleous, who claims he got in through a shortcut. Milleous holds them at gunpoint, before Ben transfoms into Crashhopper and busting a hole in the ceiling, before grabbing Gwen and jumping out. Gwen soon crafts a platform with her mana as they land safely, just before they are swarmed by multiple Incursean ships. Gwen makes a move by sending her and Crashhopper away in order to get some ground before fighting, as Crashhopper comes up with a plan by switching into Astrodactyl and flying directly at a ship and using his energy whips to grab hold of the ship to launch at the others, seeing them explode on impact. Astrodactyl then began firing oral energy beams which causes more ships to explode, before flying back to Gwen (who had landed in downtown Bellwood) and transforming back.
Upon Ben landing in downtown Bellwood, Ben and Gwen are immediately ambushed by Raff and Dr. Psychobos, with Raff claiming that they lost, and that the Plumbers's defenses had been destroyed. Suddenly, both Milleous's ship and the Plumbers arrive into scene as Max exits the vehicle and tells Ben that they've lost, and that their defenses have been disabled. Ben shouts and tells him he is not backing down without a fight, as Max claims that they can't do anything since the defenses have been disabled, telling Ben that he has to stand down and surrender. Milleous opens up a spacepod and commands for Ben to step inside, while Attea runs into scene. Gwen is shocked to see her get out of the mana ball, as Attea claims her dad broke her out. Having no choice but to accept defeat, Ben is dragged to the pod, acting aggressive and wishing Max would regret his decision, with Max telling him that he already has. Attea restrains Ben in cuffs as she tells him that she'd see him soon, as the pod closes.
With Milleous sending the pod into space and laughing, the episode ends with Gwen fleeing the scene and teleporting by casting a teleportation spell.

- Chronologically, this episode takes place after Your Fans and Mine, since Ben mentioned that he complained about the heat.

- Attea calling both Ben and Gwen out for not rescuing her from the clutches of SevenSeven, as well as Gwen bringing up Ben being stuck as Alien X, comes from the Ben 10: Alien Force episode: X = Ben + 2.
- Dr. Psychobos mentions that his faction disbanded, which likely happened after Feedback Vs. Malware: Revenge of the Five Year Hiatus.
- Ben using Elast-Elk suggests he had a run-in with Ester and the Kraaho at some point in time.
