Emperor Milleous is a villain in Bonds. He first appeared in Cool Kids. He is an Incursean from an unknown planet. He is the Timeline 1 equivalent of the canon Emperor Milleous.
Appearance[]
Emperor Milleous has his Omniverse appearance, but his fingers are rounded instead of rectangular. His colors match the color palette of Heroes United.
Personality[]
Due to his high rank, some Incurseans and their allies call Milleous by his full title: Lord Emperor Milleous, light of the Incursean empire, destroyer of galaxies, keeper of the conquest ray, all beings tremble- (at or before this point, the speaker is always cut off, implying a much longer title).
Emperor Milleous does as he pleases and hates when people get in his way. He is also sexist, as he nonchalantly stated that he eradicated most female Incurseans and derogatorily referred to Helen as "girlie".
Emperor Milleous mistreats his subordinates as he often physically hits them to punish them if they display incompetence and withholds food from them for long periods of time, which explains why they are malnourished.
History[]
Prior to Bonds[]
After Emperor Milleous married his wife, he eradicated most of the other female Incurseans.
At some point, Emperor Milleous bought Raff, his right-hand man, from a Sylonnoid factory shortly after he was assembled.
Shortly after that, Emperor Milleous had a child named Attea and put his wife in stasis due to treasonous thoughts.
Bonds[]
In Cool Kids, Emperor Milleous was approached on the space cafe Fllrton by the Amalgam Kids who disguised themselves as Incurseans using ID masks. After a brief conversation, they returned to Emperor Milleous' ship, where he exposed them and had them cornered. Helen used her enhanced speed to run away, prompting Emperor Milleous to send his army to find them. He went to his room to complain about the Amalgam Kids to his infant daughter Attea. He was discovered by Helen and deduced that the Amalgam Kids were after the Conquest Ray. He engaged in a battle with her, during which she stole the Conquest Ray and and ran off to find Alan.
After doing so, she went to find Pierce. With little warning, the Conquest Ray, which was actually a decoy, exploded, injuring Helen and rendering her unconscious, and destroying some parts of the ship. Pierce arrived at the scene and before long, the kids were surrounded by Milleous, as well as the Incurseans and their commander, Raff. Milleous threatened to kill Helen if Alan and Pierce did not surrender. As soon as they did, Servantis, Magister Wheels and Magister Coronach invaded the ship and brought the kids back to Rooter Headquarters.
Powers and Abilities[]
Emperor Milleous has a frog-like tongue that is long and sticky. He can also jump high, like Earth frogs.
