Elena was a childhood friend of John's, her father being a former Plumber. She comes to John after his identity is revealed, asking for his help to save her father from the Nanochip Queen. John does, but it's later revealed that Elena was the true queen. She desired John all for herself, and attacked him and his friends in order to get him. After a few defeats, she eventually regains control, but when she loses it again, John destroys the Nanochips. She eventually ends up at a Plumber hospital to recover.
John never visited her again after the first time, driving her crazy and resparking her love and desire for him. When the universe was destroyed, her ability to control the Nanochips returned, and went to find John. She absorbed Alpha into her Nanochips, making herself stronger. She finds and attacks John, though he manages to revert her to normal. She is then captured by Collectimus, who adds her to his collection of John's love interests.
Elena is thrown into the Null Void, due to a false accusation from her position as a Plumber. She is a freedom fighter inside, fighting against injustice such as D'Void. The accusation is dropped upon discovering the truth, and rejoins the Plumbers.
