Dud Forms are achieved by subloading Atrocian DNA, similar to how Omni-Enhanced Forms subload Fulmini DNA and Anti-Magic Forms subload Crystalsapien DNA. This is often used to give an alien a much greater durability threshold than it would normally possess, but comes with the side effect of numbing the alien's other abilities.
In theory, Biomnitrix fusions utilising The Worst would also generate similar forms.

The vast majority of Dud Forms are shorter and chubbier than their standard forms. Sometimes they experience a yellow tinge in their skin colour. Sharp edges are often softened, as are tough surfaces like metals and muscles. Some aliens end up with lumpy and uneven skin.
