Personality
Dr. Simon Q. Voltage III is a very intelligent person who teaches science class. He can be dissapointed in some of the students who slacks or sleeps during class (most likely Wally), but he still cares about all of his students. He also helps X whenever needed, showing that he is very generous.
Appearance
He looks like Brainstorm in AF/UA except that he has no Omnitrix/Ultimatrix symbol, has white eyes, has a white beard, and wears glasses.
