The Doxin City FLA Base is a government building for FLA. It will be featured in the upcoming BTFF Cinematic film, Heroes . 

Physical Structure

The Base has a physical structure. On the outside, it appears to be a military base, clearly restricted. Inside is a main lobby with multiple rooms, windows, cells, and even a wonderful lunch room. While it is not as big as the Washington, D.C. Base, Area 51, or the Artic Base, it is still a useful tool.  

History

The Base was under construction in 2012, and the beginning of 2013. It was completed 2 weeks before the events of Heroes . It's the newest base.
