Henry Rodes Jefferson was a college professor at Bellwood University. He is obsessed with science, biology, and cross-species genetic.

He became a professor at a very young age, 16. He has surpassed most minds on the planet with his genius intellect. He studies his work from morning to tonight, over and over. Due to his extreme level of interest in his work, he has develop a lack of social skills. Though he was able to meet his future wife, who loved him for his talents.

Sometime after the failed Lexcorp mission to Mars project, they found multiple images the Mars Pod had taken before it was violently destroyed. The task to decode the images was given to Jefferson, under a contract that he would be paid ten million dollars to keep this discovery to himself.
Jefferson quickly decoded the images and turn his findings into Lexcorp. There worst fears had been realized, that they were not alone. The US government quickly went into a frenzy, fearing the worst from this discovery. As the US went into lockdown, Jefferson uncovered something more, deep within the pod. A mysterious "red" goo, of unknown origin. Jefferson secretly took the goo and kept it to himself.
