Ditto is the Omnitrix's DNA sample of a Splixson from the planet Hathor.
Appearance[]
Ditto has his appearance from the original series, although his sensory nodes on his stomach are now white instead of grey, and he has green markings on his chest and shoulders.
In Permanently Ultimate, Ultimately Permanent, Ditto appears more similar to how he did in Omniverse. And as you can see it's no bueno.

- Ditto first reappeared as a cameo in Permanently Ultimate, Ultimately Permanent when Ben was changing back and forth into Humungousaur, in denial of him being permanently Ultimate.
