Zenlob Ompluri, nicknamed Disease, is a villain in Bonds. He first appeared in Verge. He is a genetically modified Morbo from the planet Maladii.

Appearance[]

He is a reptilian alien with light green scales. There are dark green spots on his shoulders and thighs, and his chest is the same color. He has three quills resembling the tips of arrows on his shoulders. Part of his head is black and has a number of spikes. The parts under his red eyes are also black. He wears black underwear with a yellow belt with spikes on it, as well as yellow and silver cuffs with spikes on them, and yellow armor plating on his legs. Due to the accident that altered his genetics, the outermost layer of skin on his hands has shed, leaving his hands exposed.

He speaks with a calm, gargly voice.

Personality[]

Disease craves battle and takes pleasure in inflicting physical harm on others. This is even more true if his opponent fights back, as it gives him a thrill. However, he can show restraint if money is involved.

History[]

Prior to Bonds[]

For unspecified reasons, at some point, Disease was imprisoned in the Null Void branch of Incarcecon. Servantis, who was the warden at the time, grew fascinated with him and experimented on him. This heightened his abilities but it also gave him a large appetite for battle. The Rooters deemed him a valuable asset and had Servantis erase his memories so he would not remember them, then set him loose in the wild.

Years later, Disease came to know about the Rooters' galaxy-wide manhunt for Trystan Wheels and started to look for him as he was interested in the large amount of Taydens rewarded.

Bonds[]

In Verge, Disease found Trystan on Revonnah. Although Trystan immediately surrendered, Disease still injured him by breaking his leg and bruising his eye. Disease brought him to a meeting point, where he was collected by the Rooters and brought to their headquarters.

Powers and Abilities[]

Disease has enhanced strength, on par with that of an Appoplexian.

Due to having extremely tough scales, Disease's physical durability is extremely high, allowing him to take numerous blows of internal or external assaults before succumbing to the effects.

Disease has enhanced agility and can go from one motion to another effortlessly, effectively dodge attacks, swing from things easily, sprint, do back-flips and numerous other gymnastic, athletic and martial implements with little effort.

Disease has enhanced stamina, allowing him to perform physical activity for hours on end before getting tired.

Disease has enhanced flexibility.

Disease can climb on walls and stay on ceilings.

Disease can fire the quills on his shoulders at his opponents and regrow them with ease.

Disease can encase himself in even more scales for extra protection.

Disease has an unquenchable thirst for battle, and will fight almost anyone that stands in his way.

Weaknesses[]

Disease's thirst for battle sometimes clouds his judgement.
