It's a dimension similar to Dimension Prime,just that the technology didn't evolved,the Human/Alien Hybrids are called Demi-Humans,The Forever Knights are called The Holy Knights in this world and The Magic Era never truly ended.

30-Sir George is Born
50-Ascalon of this World is created as the Demon Lord Dagon was awakening.
52-Sir George X defeats Dagon by sealing it away in an underground facility.
53-Sir George X forms The Holy Knights.
54-The Human/Alien Hybrids known as Demi-humans appear.
55-Sir George X kidnaps several aliens and Demi-humans to "Purify Them".
57-Sir George X curses the whole Galleu clan by sealing the Demon Lord Krebskulm in the first woman of the clan.
59-Azmuth X starts developing an DNA altering device to fight the madness of Sir George X.
60-The Rise of The Greenwood kingdom
70-The War of The Races starts.
Near 148-Shera L. Greenwood is Born
Near 150-Rem Galleu is Born.
Near 153-Kevin Levin of This World is born.
Near 154-Ben Tennyson and Gwen Tennyson of this world are born.

This world was mentioned by Paradox a few times in Ben 10:Unleashed forces as being a dimension were Ben Tennyson died and The Omnitrix was destroyed.
It is later revealed that Ben 10.000 even traveled to it and married a girl from there,revealing what has to come in How NOT to summon a Ben 10.
