Dimension X (also known as Universe X) is an alternate reality where that closely parallels with Ben Prime's. It is the home dimension of Ben X.
History[]
Dimension X has a different history than the main dimension. Ben X found the "Omniwatch" just like Ben Prime, but is a genius that became a renowned scientist and inventor. Rex Salazar also exists in this dimension and the "Nanite Event" happened as well.

- The Dimension X was mentioned by Professor Paradox in Ben 10,000 Returns when he was explaining crosstime to Ben's Team.
- Dimension X has a certain predisposition toward the color blue. Many objects are blue, Ben X's aliens have blue features, and the Omniwatch also has some blue on it.
- This is similar to the main dimension's predisposition to green.
- This is a different shade of blue to Ben 23.
- Dimension X's Mr. Smoothy possesses its original mascot and logo from before the universe was destroyed by the Anihilaarg and imperfectly recreated by Alien X in So Long, and Thanks for All the Smoothies.
- That because the Anihilaarg doesn't exist in this dimension.
- Dimension X's Billy Billions is good friends with Ben X and is growing up fine.
