Dimension 3 is the home universe of Nega Ben 10, Nega Kevin E. Levin, Nega Albedo, and Nega Rook Blonko.

Biography:[]
This reality is very different from the prime dimension because in it Ben Tennyson is evil and conquered the galaxy. His life was vastly different than the prime Ben because he was a lot smarter, a bit kinder, and a social outcast. One thing that was similar is that he and Kevin met when they were children and became childhood friends. Although unlike the prime dimension though, Ben and Kevin stayed friends and became partners in crime. Although Kevin was soon sent to the Null Void by Max Tennyson and then Ben soon after was taken as an apprentice by Vilgax. He went on to conquer several worlds in Vilgax's name, but got power hungry and killed Vilgax. After his death, Ben went and conquered more worlds, but returned to Earth when he was fifteen years old.
He set Kevin free from his prison in the Null Void and made him his second in command of his armada. Also of course over the years, Ben has taken up arms against a resistance and his "arch enemy" is Rook Blonko who was a former Plumber. Ben destroyed his world so then Rook became a mercenary and freedom fighter for hire. Although after a failed invasion into the prime universe, Nega Ben mysteriously disappeared and his empire began to crumble.

- The name was inspired by Earth 3 of DC Comics which is known to house evil versions of Earth 1's superheroes.
- While it can be seen as an evil parallel universe, only a few actually have evil counterparts on this world.
