Dimension 15 is an alternate dimension that closely parellels with ours and Ben 15 originates from.
Dimension 15 is shown to have a history different from the main dimension. Dimension 15's Bellwood is similar to Ben 10's, but has the Mr. Pizza franchise replacing Mr. Smoothie. Ben 15 found the Omnitrix just like in the original series. Ben uses the Omnitrix for fame and fortune, and believes that all aliens are evil (except for his aliens). Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles are also set to appear in Dimension 15.

- Dimension 15 has a certain predisposition toward the colors; red, green, and white. Many objects are red, green, and white, Ben 15's aliens have red, green, and white features, and the eyes of Ben 15, this universe's Max, and Azmuth are red. The eyes of this universe's Julie are pink like her sweatshirt. The Omnitrix is also red where the main dimension's Omnitrix is green.
