The Demitrix was created by Azmuth as the complete version of the Ultimatrix and was given to Gwen in Part 2 of Gwen 10 BTO and is different than the normal Ultimatrix. It is highly dangerous and destructive. It will not allow its user to die. At first Gwen hated it because of the design but sons starts to like it
