Deathly Bloom is the Knock Off Omnitrix's DNA sample of a Cironelian Audreyus Piranhus Biollantian A.K.A a Cironelian Biollantus from the planet Cironelia in Ben 10: Haunted.

Appearance

Deathly Bloom resembles a Piranha Plant, specifically Petey, only more monstrous and more primal with roots for limbs. Smaller vines can be seen growing on it, their purpose is unknown, most likely a form of defense. Thorns can be seen on its roots.

Transformation Sequence

Ghost King's limbs turn into tendril-like roots as petals form on his head. His teeth grow sharper as he grows taller and gets a polka-dot pattern on his head. The transformation ends with a loud bellowing roar from Deathly Bloom as vines grow around it.

Powers and Abilities

Deathly Bloom has sharp teeth and thorns which are used for eating.

He uses his roots for grabbing prey.

He also possesses Enhanced Strength and is excellent at burrowing.

His roots are used to sense vibration in the ground so it knows where its enemies are.

Weaknesses

Like most plant creatures, he can be hurt by fire.

His roots can be tangled if they are chasing more than one prey.

If it is in the desert, he will not be able to survive for long without water.

History

Deathly Bloom is unlocked by Krang through a software update.

He first debuts in "Escape from Plumber HQ" where He is used to take down any Plumbers or rioting prisoners if they get too close.

He returns in "Fear in the Forest" where He attacks Ben before being frozen by Articguana. He eventually breaks out before turning back into Tailypo.

He was used offscreen during shooting of the horror movie in "Movie Set of Horrors".

Etymology

Deathly Bloom gets its name from its carnivorous lifestyle and the fact it's a plant.

Trivia

It's the same species as the Carnivorous Plant from Teen Titans.
It's species name references Audrey II from Little Shop of Horrors, the Piranha Plants (specifically Petey) from the Mario franchise and Biollante from Godzilla Vs. Biollante.
It sees by using its roots to sense movement.
