He's a humanoid alien was a bucket-shaped head. He has blueish-gray skin with gray stripes on his face. He wears a black suit with a green stripe in the middle. He wears a belt and fingerless gloves. The Matrix is on his chest. He has sharp dart-like claws.
Powers[]
Dartman can shoot various types of darts from his fingers. He can shoot a normal dart, a poison dart, an exploding dart, a heat-seaking dart, and a magnetic dart. Many types of projectiles will have little effect on him.
