Dalton Ford is the main character of the Dial-10 franchise
Appearance[]
Dalton is a tall and slender young adult with shaggy brown hair with some facial hair on his chin. He originally had brown eyes but after bonding to the Omnitrix, they turned green. He wears a dark grey t-shirt with a green slimy logo on it with matching green sleeves and collar. His light grey pants are held up with a brown belt that sports a green circle buckle.
He wears the Omnitrix on his right wrist.
History[]
Dalton had a normal life until his father passed away when he was 20 years old. While cleaning out his dad's house he discovered a message from his grandfather left for his dad. The message revealed a hidden secret about his grandfather as well as an alien watch which attached itself to his wrist after verifying his DNA.
Since this event, he has appeared in every chapter except the following:
Abilities[]
Outside of the Omnitrix, Dalton's abilities are that on academic based rather than physical abilities. Dalton has a form of photographic memory in the sense of being able to recall information, but not where it came from. He then applies this knowledge creatively to his alien forms.
Personality[]
At the start of the series, Dalton is rather spaced out as he is still dealing with the death of his father. At work he is annoyed more than usual, getting aggressive with a guest at the first sign of an issue. At home he is somber moving his father's house around until the Omnitrix attaches itself. With the watch, some of the old Dalton returned showing that he still has a sense of childhood joy for superheroes and a passion for being creative with his new abilities.

Joseph Ford[]
Dalton was close with his father as he introduced him to video games and comics as a kid. Due to this bond, Joseph's sudden death deeply affected Dalton.
Maxwell Ford[]
Max died before Dalton was even born, so his relationship with his grandson is very one-sided as it is solely based on a holo message of Maxwell.
Friends[]
Cooper Billings[]
Cooper is one of Dalton's first friends at college. While a bit weird out by him a first, he has since grown on Dalton.
Julie Yamamoto[]
Dalton met Julie while trying out for the tennis team, during which Julie saved Dalton from mutated hamsters. After running off from the attack, Julie became a bit suspicious and decided to have Dalton on the tennis team to keep an eye on him.
Other[]
Tetrax Shard[]
Tetrax is Dalton's first mentor, having originally saved him from Kraab. Tetrax taught Dalton to pick his aliens more tactfully rather than brute strength it.
Trivia[]
- The Omnitrix is on his right wrist as it is his dominate hand.
- Dalton reads a lot of comics and has similar hobbies like it, this sparked him to think more about his abilities.
