Crisis on Earth-19 is a non-canon crossover, taking place primarily on Earth-19. It is designed to parody DC crisis. It will most likely be a movie. Production will begin in Summer 2014.
As this is non-canon, it depends nothing on what has already happened in each respective series. Instead, it simply takes an adaptation of most of the story lines and merges them into one. For example, if this was just between Young Plumbers and Ben 10: Ultimate Alien, then the story would have something to do with the Elite trying to free Diagon or something along those lines.
