Appearance[]
Cooper is fairly short for his age. He has blue eyes, freckles, and blonde hair. He wears a white t-shirt underneath a purple sleeveless jersey, a black necklace with a gold bead, black shorts, and white and purple shoes.
Powers and Abilities[]
Cooper is able to manipulate any kind of technology with his mind. He can telepathically interface and gather information from machines.
Weaknesses[]
Cooper is prone to exhaust himself after using his powers.
Despite his unique abilities, he is still vulnerable like any other human.
History[]
Cooper first appeared in the episode Lust, where his helped Ben and Gwen narrow down the location of the Rooters in the Null Void.
