The Codotrix (aka: The Codon Matrix) is one of the Omnitrixes Azmuth built. Azmuth built it to defend the world and Primus.
Description[]
The Codotrix looks similar to the Prototype Omnitrix.
Like the new Omnimatrix, the aliens appear as holograms of their faces. It does not have an ultimate alien feature. However, it times out similar to the prototype.

Only Edd was seen using it.
Modes[]
Azmuth uploaded all the modes of the Ultimatrix, other than the ultimate alien feature, to the Codotrix.

| Active Mode | Active Mode is the default mode. Normally Active Mode is active when the Codotrix can be used and nothing is wrong. |
| Recharge Mode | Recharge Mode`s main purpose is to keep it from damaging the user. Recharge Mode is activated when it runs out of time. Recharge Mode is deactivated automatically, once a certain period of time has passed. |
| Scan Mode | When DNA not in the codon stream is near it, it closes its main features until the DNA is scanned. When a new DNA sample is acquired, it sometimes shows a picture of almost every alien unlocked, plus the new one. When a new DNA is sensed, it either pops out and shoots out a yellow ray from the black and yellow part or doesn`t pop out but circles and then reveals a hole which shoots out the yellow ray. When in alien form, the Codotrix shoots out a yellow ray from the dial. If the DNA is already in the Codon Stream, the Codotrix will have to be set to Scan Mode manually and the alien will just be unlocked and available for use. |
| Reset Mode | The Codotrix deactivates, charges, and re-activates. It can turn off/on some features. Reset Mode can be activated by Voice Command or by pressing and holding the Codotrix symbol as an alien for 2 seconds. |
| Radiation Mode | Radiation Mode is activated when radiation is detected. The Codotrix will beep and flash red. Radiation Mode is activated whenever radiation is detected. Radiation Mode can be turned off by turning the Codotrix symbol to the quarter past position as an alien, or when radiation isn`t detected anymore. |
| Self-Destruct Mode | When in Self-Destruct Mode, the Codotrix counts down until it explodes. Self-Destruct Mode can be activated and deactivated by Voice Command. |
| Mega Mode | According to Fanon Con, Mega Mode is a mode which strengthens the alien transformations. However, special items must be used for this to work on some transformations. |
Features[]
- The Codotrix has most modes the Ultimatrix had.
- However, the Codotrix has no "ultimate alien" feature.
- Like the other Omnitrixes, the Codotrix is a communicator.
- The clothes the user of the Codotrix is wearing changes to fit the alien
- If the Codotrix is in a certain mode, it can keep the user an alien for a whole hour. However, if it is not in this mode, the Codotrix turns the user back to normal when it times out or when the user gets knocked out.
- It had an unknown virus, causing the user to be defaulted as a hybrid of two aliens. However, it unleashed its alien DNA on Lepidopterra.
