Construction workers try to destroy his building but he stops them. This gets the mayor and the Tennyson's attention. Clancy tries to kidnap the mayor and is almost stopped by a sick Ben as Wildmutt, but he caused more harm than good. Clancy captures the mayor but is saved by Four Arms who caused the building to collapse. Clancy tries to destroy the city with a nuclear explosion but an icy Heatblast, freezes the reactor in ice and stops Clancy.

Driscoll puts together a team of Ben Tennyson's greatest foes, The Negative Ten, to destroy him and retrieve the sub energy from Mount Rushmore. He recruits Clancy to be on the team. When preparing he teaches Dr. Animo how to control bugs. The doctor uses this to control animals as well. When they are all fighting he ends up facing off against Max Tennyson at the bottom floor of a building near an elevator shaft. Max ends up pushing him into the shaft and the elevator drops down and kills him.
