Chionophiles Scarabaeinae, also known as Gusiriens, are a four armed beatle-like species from the icy planet Gusirheim
Appearance[]
Gusiriens have the appearance of humanoid insects walking on two feet - a fusion between a mantis and an ant. Gusiriens are large, standing above 3 meters, with four arms and three blue eyes on each sides of their head. Their bodies are almost completely covered, except certain parts, in natrual body armor.
Gusiriens comes in many different shades of blue, from very light, almost white, to dark blue.
They also sports long tails that are around twice as long as their body height. Gusiriens are covered in sharp spikes like icicles and posses strong jaws that can easily snap people's hands.
History[]
Power and Abilities[]
Chionophiles Scarabaeinaes holds great affinity for the element of ice. They bear tremendous resistance to frost/ice based attacks and temperature. Similarly to Necrofriggians, Chionophiles are capable of generating beams that reduces the temperature surrounding it, turns to ice constructs mid-air or upon touching a target, or encasing a target completely in ice.
Chionophiles are able to make use of their tails as an offensive-weapon to sweep or knock opponents away when they get attacked from behind.
Chionophiles posses large mandibles that are powerful enough to easily break solid steel.
Chionophiles posses tremendous strength that allows them to go toe to toe with female Tetramands.
Chionophiles have cryokinesis, allowing them to control the ice they generate at will. They can also generate ice beams from their hands which they can manipulate.
Chionophiles can form manipulatable ice constructs from the ground by touching it.
Chionophiles can freeze objects just by touching them.
Chionophiles exoskeleton are extremely sturdy and durable. Their natural armor is strong enough to completely block an attack from a full grown Vaxasaurian.
Chionophiles has one of the best immune systems in their galaxy and are immune to most diseases, sicknesses and illnesses.
Weaknesses[]
A Chionophiles Scarabaeinae's strength has a clear limit, as with such cases with moving and lifting beings or objects as heavy as a Crabdozer. Technically speaking, Chionophiles are physically weaker than Tetramands, Highbreeds, or Vaxasaurians.
Chionophiles are very slow and combined with their naturally large physique, it makes them a very easy target for enemy attacks.
Chionophiles has no inherent resistance to electricity, such as that generated by Amperis, Conductoids or Gimlinopithecus.
Chionophiles cannot breathe underwater.
Because of how their natural armor is placed on their bodies the Chionophiles are not very flexible.

Etymology[]
Chionophile are made of the Greek words “chion,” meaning “snow”, and “phile,” meaning “lover of.”
Scarabaeinae is simply the name of a subclass of beetles that consists of species collectively called true dung beetles.
