About
Chill Factor is a very malnourished-looking alien, as his kind has adapted to not eating for long periods of time. This is because their homeworld is too cold to grow many crops. His skin is blue, and gradiates into a hue of white at the end of his limbs and icicle-topped head. The tank on his back connects to a mask on his face, which gives him a constant supply of nitrogen gas. Without it, he will not be able to breathe, and will most certainly die.
Abilities
Chill Factor has basic very simplistic cryogenic powers, one being that he can generate very thin icicles from his fingertips and elbows. Otherwise, he is simply very quick and agile, despite the weight of the nitrogen tank. If he takes a deep breath of nitrogen, he can remove his mask and exhale the gas as a freezing vapor that will freeze anyone within close range for a short period of time.
