Casey L. Ementos is a villain in Mutant Drake.
Appearance[]
Casey takes on the appearance on a lean and tall young man. He has long black hair and brown eyes. He wears a blue, long, stained and slightly torn at the bottom trench coat over a navy tank top.
Personality[]
Casey is an independent and undeterred character that allows him to lead others and take action in order for his movement to progress. He is also headstrong in his beliefs and unwavering even despite odds being against him.
Casey once believed that Mutants were treated as inferior to Mankind and treated his underwater community with respect for their hard work. But during his search for his siblings, he discovered a power that made him realize that Mutants had their chance and blew it. His only focus is on his family and making them the superior and unyielding force of the planet.

Powers and Abilities[]
Being a Mutant, Casey possesses the ability to manipulate and control water. This varies on multiple levels as he's able to produce it from his body and also draw it to him from nearby water sources such as puddles or drains. While manipulating the water around him, he can form it into weapons and tools for combat such as water whips or water daggers.
After on the ocean floor for years, Casey's body has become accustomed to the pressures giving him a sense of durability. He also trained against aquatic Class-3 Mutants giving him some combat training as well. He's also quite skilled at strategy.

Trivia[]
- Casey's first name was a reference to inspired by Casey Jones from the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles franchise but it was also a reference to Cassandra Lee Morris, who voiced a character from My Hero Academia centered around water.
- It's hinted that Casey wasn't aware of his Mutant detection ability until he came into contact with Fionna during their big fight.
