C.T. is a female Freelancer who wears "Explosive Ordnance Disposal", classified as EOD, in the color brown. We know nothing about her physical appearance, due to her not having removed her helmet.

C.T. displays a fairly formal attitude, calling Washington by that name instead of his preferred name "Wash".
