Bumper is Wally and X's personal engineer, fixing or breaking any machine they ask him to. He is also smart, having a great knowledge of multiple machines.

Bumper looks like Jury Rigg in UA, but has no Ultimatrix symbol, wears goggles on his head (he puts them on when he's fixing or breaking a machine), wears a utility belt with tools in it, and is slightly dirty.
