Buggernaut

Buggernaut is the Codex Metamorphosis DNA sample of a Pricorian Bullnork from the planet Pricor.

Appearance

Buggernaut is a broad shouldered ten foot tall humanoid alien with thick orange and lime green colored chitinous plates covering his upper torso and tree trunk sized arms and smaller plates covering the rest of his body. He has a dome shaped head with ten small circular neon green colored eyes. The Codex dial often manifests on Buggernaut's right pectoral chitin plate.

Powers and Abilities

Buggernaut is Owen's go-to alien for melee combat due to Buggernaut's incredible size and strength. Buggernaut's strength allows him to run a speeds surprising for a creature his size he can slo leap into the air fantastic distances.

Buggernaut's natural armor plating is extremely durable able to withstand gun and laserfire for sustained periods of time. Fire based attacks in particular are highly resisted by Buggernaut's chitin due to the volcanic nature of Pricor.

Buggernaut can survive in space or deep underwater for a prolonged period of time thanks to his durability and lung capacity.

Weaknesses

Buggernaut is rather top-heavy and can loose his balance if he's not careful.

If something becomes lodged in his chitin armor it can partially immobilize him until its removed.

Etymology

Buggernaut's name is derived from the British slang term "Bugger" referring to his insectoid nature and the word "Juggernaut" for his mighty strength and toughness.
